Hello! I would like to know how live plants (specifically cacti) are shipped to ensure that they do not freeze en route. I live all the way over in the U.S., and with it being winter and all, I am afraid that a shipment at this time of year may freeze. Have similar problems occurred in the past?

very good question!! to be honest i have never heard of a shipment being frozen, so a similar problem? No.. but if you order a cacti, than let us know it is freezing in your town ( it's not winter here ) so we can make sure the cacti will get to you alive!! we are very creative! So we will think of something to do...
