I have 2 questions if anyone can answer me it will be great.

I've searched on Legal Embargo, for Bulgaria, but I cound't find it ... Does this means that I can receive my order from the website ?



And another important question if I pay with Western Union money transfer , because At this time I don't have a credit card, is it safe ?Is there some chans to send the money and not to receive my order ?
