I just want to congratulate Sjamaan on their outstanding service. I ordered 150grams of fresh Mexican mushrooms on the Sunday and, as promised, they were shipped out on the Monday. However, I missed the delivery on the Wednesday, and when I picked up the mushies at the mail depot, on the Thursday, they had gone rotten.
Despite the fact that this was entirely *MY* fault in missing the delivery guy, the people at Sjamaan Shipping sent me an entirely new batch, no questions asked, and they arrived safely yesterday.
All I can say is they were very, very good mushies!!
Seriously though, anyone ordering from Sjamaan can do so in confidence, as they are truly dedicated to the welfare of their customers, and the quality of their wares!
