Recieving Shipment

Hi, I would like to know about recieving the goods. If I order 250g's of mushrooms (these will no-doubt not fit through my letter box) and i am not at home when they arrive, what will happen? Will they move to a pacel storgae where I can go and sign and pick them up?? Or do I have to be at home?



I would also like to know from anyone where I can make a bank transfer using the details provided in the UK!?

Hi Mojo,

If you order mushrooms we always send this with epg. This means the parcel can be traced on internet. Normally it takes about 2-3 days to get to you( in the UK). It is best if you are at home because the mushrooms have to get out of the package asap!! if your order is places we always ask for your telnumber so that the epg people can contact you before they will deliver. We also check the web to see where the parcel is and if we see that they have tryed to deliver we will get in contact with you also.
