Are psilocybe growkits legal to ship to america?

no one has replied in the growkit questions fourm so i asked in here

I didnt find more info then that the cubensis psilocybe they dont ship to America (for now), but I couldnt find any info on the truffle or tampanensis. So maybe Truffles are possible to ship to the states but I dont know any laws since I am not American nor a law expert

well magic mushrooms are illegal here so im pretty sure grow kits are to

Ya, but shrooms are Illegal here to but the customs here cannot stop the grow kit here because there are actually no active substance yet I mean how can they stop something that has no Illegal substance? I dont know about the U.S but over here they dont stop the kits yet anyways but knowing the system it wont surprise me if they start to soon.



Its strange though, I have friends who have sent packages to the States with for sure Illegal content and they have had no problem getting through. I guess its about some luck too

Well, I only looked what the embargue said at the sjamaan. I didnt find anything on truffles, but hava look yourself and I think if you order and contact them they will give you the info.
