watering grow kit

hey, i got the kit recently and i first sprayed it with around, half a cup of water. i read a post on here by looking at them all and it said to spray a cup for condensation. its been a week since i first used water, but i've been giving it a few sprays to keep it misty/damp is this safe to do

i've been seeing some of the mycelium its not major but its definatly their, temperate is around 24 degrees

i was wondering if i should continue spraying it a little bit once a day or leave it alone, would this dry it out and would that affect growth

any help on this would be apprechiated

As long as the sides of the kit are damp it's fine.

On the side of the kit were is no filter,
