I have a query about mushrooms that have started to turn??? I noticed this had been posted elsewhere but I saw no reply......I have been getting Mexican Cubensis (from my pals sent in the post) that they have left over from the festivals......the first batch I got I was happy with all of them, but this batch they were a little close to black and slimy.............
There is no mould and I think they are probably ok ince they are dried.......advice please...........
