I took Mushrooms on top of an SSRI (I think that's what you mean) Sertraline. I'd been on them for so long that I kind of forgot that I was taking them. The effect was fine.
1) If you're needing to take antidepressants maybe taking mushies is not such a good idea.
2) Maybe the antidepressants will help avoid some of the negative periods that can come about with a trip.
3) You could try a low dose and see what happens.
