what do with syring?

i've got a syringe of mexicans.

now i want to know how i can make ground (where they grow in/on).

i've read that you need sth. like vermiculite. i can't get it. only thing i get is seramis . it'sfor growing normal plants - but the attributes are not the same but quite . making airy giving up water. but somewhere i've read that some otheer vermiculite-like products are not good for growing shrooms.

i think the other thing for ground is broun rice flour.

is this true can i also use seramis and what should i do to get this stuff as steril as possible. and if heating it how hot about. how longwill it take - how much of the syringe should i use - i have grow kitcake before third flush'(i hope) and can i also inject some sporesolution in the cake and when and how much?



please help - would be very thankfull

You can also use wild bird seed, or whole brown rice to innoculate with your mexi syringe. You are not necessarily limited to vermiculite if you cannot find any.
